"Origins of the Bible" by William Propp - Post #6 on Old Testament Manuscripts and Source Texts

This post is an excellent lecture by highly regarded Jewish biblical scholar William Propp on the history of Hebrew manuscripts. He discusses the various reproduced Hebrew texts, manuscript copies, textual variants, how the Hebrew language changed over time, and who may have written the Torah (the first 5 books). He also has a nice sarcastic sense of humor. I enjoyed this one.
